Hainz ShadyHeinz Shady
Heinz Shady is Director of Tennis and one of the founders of HITT. He manages both the high performance and recreational programs. With his 15 years’ experience as a professional, Heinz has served as an ITF, ATP, and WTA touring coach and hitting partner and holds a high performance certification from PTR.

He has coached Florida juniors with Top-20 rankings, Fed-Cup players, and served as a hitting partner to ATP doubles players with Top-15 rankings. Originally from Lima, Peru, Heinz first worked in the United States at Center Court Tennis Club in Chatham, New Jersey as a high performance coach and hitting professional to ATP, WTA, and top-ranked juniors. In 2008, Heinz worked as a high performance and traveling coach at Mid-Town Athletic Club in Weston, Florida before starting the academy in March 2011.

As a junior player in Peru, Heinz earned a top junior national ranking and proudly served as a member of the Peruvian Junior National Team. He competed in the Men’s ITF Futures and was featured in several instructional articles in Tennis Magazine.

Alex SachsAlexandra Sachs
Alexandra “Alex” Sachs was born and raised in Parkland, Florida, where she trained as a junior tennis player. Throughout her teens, Alex was ranked in the top 20s in Florida, traveling all over the country. She continued to play college tennis for Saint Francis University, a Division 1 University in Western Pennsylvania. As a freshmen, Alex won Northeast Conference (NEC) Rookie of the month, which then led to being named team captain for the next three years.

During college, Alex accumulated 104 singles wins, which broke history at SFU. Her sophomore year, she was named to NEC all team for singles and junior and senior year for doubles. After college, Alex spent the summer working in Pittsburgh, PA as a tennis coach helping to lead the summer camp. Fresh out of college, Alex is very passionate about tennis and is excited about her future at HITT Tennis Club.

Scott has been coaching professionally since 1987. He has coached at every level from beginner to WTA top 30 player. Scott and his wife have 4 children ages 10-21 all play tennis. My objective for HITT is to develop a high performance 10 and under program. If players start with proper technique their road to success is a smoother one.
Bruce KurtzBruce Kurtz
Bruce grew up playing tennis in South Florida and competed in all of the local, sectional and designated tournaments. His first-hand experience with the challenges the students face at these tournaments enables him the ability to prepare them for all aspects of competition.

With over 20 years experience coaching top international and nationally ranked juniors, Bruce continues to compete on his spare time. He has been ranked #1 in every age division in Florida from Men’s Open through Men’s 45’s age divisions.
